ArtXecute Etiquette Workshop: Where Confidence Meets Opportunity
ArtXecute is offering a 3-day etiquette workshop for youth ages 8–18 designed to equip students with the skills they need to navigate real-world social settings with confidence and poise. Students will learn essential interpersonal skills, including how to properly greet others, engage in meaningful conversation, and present themselves with confidence. The workshop will also cover dining etiquette and conclude with a formal dining experience where students will practice what they’ve learned in a supportive, real-world setting.
The workshop will be led by Barbara Rice, a beloved local chef and owner of the Royal Tea Room and B. Sweeney’s Restaurant, who has become a trusted voice in cuisine and lifestyle. To learn more about her work, follow B.Sweeney’s on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
At ArtXecute, we believe the arts are a vehicle for developing life skills that extend far beyond the stage. Etiquette is not about formality—it’s about preparation. It gives students the tools to walk into any room, communicate effectively, and carry themselves with confidence. These are the same skills that support academic success, career readiness, and leadership.
This workshop is offered at no cost to participants; however, it represents a $50 value per student. We encourage community sponsorship to help expand access. If you are interested in sponsoring a student, please contact Barbara Jones at barbara@artXecute.com.
Dates and times will be announced next week.
Be sure to check back and register early—space is limited.
